Happy cruising aboard C-Quest!
Just a quick email to tell you how much our group of 8 enjoyed ourrecent cruise on C Quest. We had a fantastic time which was due to
several factors:
1. THE BOAT .... was perfect for a small group, in sparkling condition
and very comfortable. It was more than large enough for 4-5 couples ,
but small enough that we could go where others couldn't.
2. THE CREW...... were fantastic. They were welcoming and friendly while
remaining professional. Kane is a competent skipper and we felt very
confident with him in charge. Every night he explained the plans for the
next day, and the print out was a very useful record of each day's
sights and activities. Catherine and Mitch made sure we were looked after
on our excursions off the boat, and answered our numerous
questions. Elise looked after the house keeping and was always attentive
to our needs. And the Chef John, from Chile........ great food every
meal and always explained to us what was on our plates. ( he enjoyed
the chance to speak Spanish with 6 of our group.) The 5 crew helped
each other out whenever needed, and there was a good "vibe" between
them.
3.Our trip was organised by someone who knew we would all get on
well...... in fact so well we are planning to do something else
together! I think that was a very important factor...... to have
control over choosing your fellow passengers!
4. Spectactular scenery..... and the thrill of speeding through the
Horizontal Falls, which our captain timed to perfection to give us a
thrilling experience! The Aboriginal art, the Montgomery
Reef, King's Cascade and the many waterfalls and fresh water pools for
swimming...... our 4 international guests and 4 Aussies are so glad we
chose to do a Kimberley Cruise and see such a special part of
Australia.
All in all, it was a fantastic experience and one of the best I have
had.I will highly recommend a trip on C Quest to my friends who may be
planning a Kimberley cruise.I have great memories of sitting on the
front deck at dusk with friends, with a glass of wine,soaking in the
view as the boat quietly made it's way to our next destination.
